Holistic Support for
End-of-Life Planning and Care

What is a Death Doula?

A Death Doula is a non-medical professional who provides holistic support to individuals and families navigating the death and dying process. That support can be emotional, logistical, and/or spiritual and it is entirely individualized to your situation and your needs.

Whether you're facing a terminal diagnosis, caring for someone in their final chapter, or trying to get your end-of-life wishes in order before you need them, I meet you exactly where you are. Part of my role is education: helping you understand what to expect, what questions to ask, and what choices you have so the process feels less frightening, and more like your own.

“I believe no one should have to navigate death and dying alone.”

Who Am I?

As a certified death doula and hospice nurse, I am dedicated to supporting individuals and their loved ones through the sacred transition of death.  I provide holistic, non-medical support tailored to each individual’s unique needs, values, and wishes.  As a non-medical member of the care team, I work alongside families and healthcare providers to help individuals feel more informed, supported, and empowered throughout the end-of-life process.

If you or someone you love is facing end of life, I'd love to hear from you.
